Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Certain products can only be delivered by local delivery, where I deliver the products to your provided address if you are within a 13 mile radius from my store location. Local delivery only* products will be mentioned in the description of these specific product pages, so it is your responsibility to read the description before placing an order. Additionally, Candela Cafe is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns: Candela Cafe does not accept returns, due to the fragility of the items, and the chance of the items being unproperly packaged for safe return. However, we do offer store credit.

Store Credit: Candela Cafe offers store credit for candles that were shipped and arrived damaged to your location.
