At the heart of Candela Cafe's story is my journey shaped by loss, courage, and the strong spirit of two women: my mother and grandmother. I turned the heavy sorrow and grief of losing them within days of one another, as a catalyst of inspiration to pay a heartfelt tribute to them.

Remembering my grandmother Shoshana, or 'Rose', and my mother's love for roses, the rose emblem of Candela Cafe was born, symbolizing their strength, beauty, and the presence of their memories.

This story transcends the art of hand-crafting vintage tea cup candles; it's about creating a path through darkness, and honoring a legacy with genuine love, passion and creativity.
